Terms of Service

This is a reference translation. The Korean version is the official one, and governs if the two ever disagree.
Scope and Nature of the Service
LoveNavi is a beta service that helps couples reflect on their relationship through conversations with an AI, in both private and shared counseling spaces. It does not replace medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or a licensed counselor, and does not provide professional intervention for crisis situations such as self-harm, violence, or coercion. Use of the Service always assumes voluntary participation by both partners; neither partner may pressure the other into using it. Anyone may sign up; joining a partner's couple for shared counseling requires an invite from a partner already using it.
User Obligations
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Do not use the Service in a way that disrupts its operation, such as making excessive repeated requests or sending an abnormal volume of messages. Reasonable abuse-prevention measures - including per-minute request limits and message-length limits - are in place to keep the Service stable for everyone.
- Do not misuse your partner's or any third party's personal information or shared content for purposes other than its intended use.
Accounts and Couple Connections
- Shared counseling connects two accounts through an invite. Each account may belong to at most one active couple at a time.
- If you are no longer with your partner - due to a breakup, separation, bereavement, or otherwise - you may keep your account and disconnect only the couple connection, then later connect with someone new using a new invite. Existing shared counseling records are not deleted and may remain visible to your former partner.
- Deleting your account removes the private counseling records, memory entries, and shared content you own, but shared counseling records may remain visible to your former partner. Account deletion requires re-entering your password and cannot be undone.
Paid Plans and Payment
- Once your free conversations are used up, you may choose a paid plan. Plans come in an individual and a couple version, each offered as a day pass, a 7-day plan, or a 4-week plan. The price is the amount shown on the plan screen, and the amount you confirm at purchase is the amount applied to every automatic renewal. If a price changes, existing subscribers are notified before the change takes effect.
- Subject to operator approval, a 3-day free trial may be offered. No payment is charged automatically when the trial period ends.
- A day pass is a single payment and never renews. The 7-day and 4-week plans renew automatically: on the day the current period ends, the same amount is charged to the registered card. Whether a plan renews, and the next billing date, are shown on the confirmation step before payment and on the plan screen.
- A couple plan covers the payer and the one partner connected to the payer's couple. If the couple is disconnected, the payer may keep using the plan for the remaining period, and a newly connected partner may also use it. The disconnected partner's access ends at that point. If the partner deletes their account and the payer no longer wishes to use the plan, the payer may contact the operator to have a refund for the remaining period reviewed.
- While on a paid plan, once the number of counseling replies in a day (Korea Standard Time) exceeds a set level, further replies that day are provided by a lighter AI model. There is no limit on the number of replies, and the standard model returns at midnight Korea Standard Time each day. Messages judged to indicate a crisis are always answered by the standard model.
- You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from the plan screen. After canceling, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing further is charged. Before that period ends you may also turn auto-renewal back on from the plan screen.
- If you request it within 7 days of payment and have not used the paid service at all, you are entitled to a full refund (withdrawal under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce). Once you have started using the service, refunds may be limited due to the nature of digital content; for any remaining period, contact the operator and we will advise you individually. Send payment and refund inquiries to the operator email listed in the Privacy Policy.
- Payments are processed by the payment gateway PortOne and your card issuer. Card details such as the card number are never stored on our servers; we keep only the payment token (billing key) issued by the gateway for recurring charges.
- If an automatic renewal charge fails (for example because the card has expired or hit its limit), auto-renewal stops and we notify you at the email address on your account. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for, and can subscribe again from the plan screen to continue.
Changes and Discontinuation of the Service
This Service is in beta. The operator may modify features at any time, discontinue individual features, or end the Service entirely, generally with advance notice where practicable. As a beta service, advance notice is not guaranteed in every case.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This Service provides responses generated by an AI model, not by a licensed counselor or medical professional. These responses are intended only as a reference for self-reflection, and we do not warrant their accuracy or suitability for any particular situation. The operator is not legally liable for relationship decisions or outcomes arising from use of the Service. If you believe you need professional counseling or treatment, we strongly encourage you to seek help from a licensed professional.
Governing Law
These Terms, and the Korean-language version they mirror, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, regardless of the country from which you access the Service.
