This is a reference translation. The Korean version is the official one, and governs if the two ever disagree.

About This Service

LoveNavi is an AI-assisted relationship app used by two partners together. Signing up is open to anyone; connecting with a partner for shared counseling requires an invite from a partner already using the service. Each couple's data is kept separate regardless of how many couples use the service (see "Who Can Access Your Information" below). The service does not replace medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or a licensed counselor, and participation is always voluntary.

Information We Collect

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above only to operate the Service - providing private and shared counseling, authenticating accounts, handling partner invitations and connections, processing paid plan payments, auto-renewals, and refunds, and processing requests such as data export or deletion. We do not use it for advertising, marketing, or statistical repurposing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes. The only exception: if you opt in to "Get news and offers" in Settings, we send you discounts and new-feature news by email and app notification. You can withdraw this consent in Settings at any time.

Service Providers (Processors)

We entrust the processing of personal information to the following providers to run the Service (provider: task).

To provide the Service, personal information is transferred outside Korea as follows.

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you can stop using the Service by deleting your account; in that case, the Service will no longer be available to you.

Who Can Access Your Information

Your private counseling space is restricted at the database level (row-level security) so that only you can access it, and the code paths for private and shared counseling are completely separate - there is no route for the server to mix the two when calling the AI. Your shared counseling space is visible only to you and your partner. Only content you explicitly choose to share is ever visible to your partner.

This separation applies per couple regardless of how many couples use the Service, and connecting with a partner is only possible through an invitation from a partner already using it.

In full transparency: the administrator of this Service can, through Supabase's project administration permissions, technically access the underlying database, backups, and logs. Row-level security governs access made through the application itself, not infrastructure-level access, and because the server must handle message content to call the AI, we cannot yet guarantee that the operator can never see it. This is a genuine limitation of the Service today; we plan to add further key-management and backup controls if a stronger guarantee becomes necessary.

Your Rights

Data Retention

We retain the information above for as long as your account remains active, to provide the Service. Deleting your account immediately removes your usage data, including counseling records, memory entries, and shared counseling messages; we do not keep a separate long-term backup copy.

However, if you have ever paid for a plan, Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce requires us to keep the minimum payment information (email address, payment date, amount, and plan, payment method type, and refund records) separately for five years before destroying it. This information is used only to handle payment disputes and meet legal obligations, and it never includes counseling content.
